The results showed that between 1986 and 2010, the weight of these three groups increased by an average of 0.32 per year on average, while the total amount of kidney use also increased during this period.

According to the results of the study, people who consume 14 grams daily (ie, almonds, walnuts, or others) are less likely to have increased body weight but also obesity.

Similarly, it was also discovered that daily consumption of such walnuts reduces the risk of obesity by up to 15%.
