Does green tea have health benefits?

Does green tea have health benefits?

People who drink tea a minimum of 3 times every week live longer and healthier lives.

This was revealed during a medical study in China.

A study by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences looked at more than 100,000 people who did not have a history of heart attack, stroke, or cancer.

These individuals were divided into 2 groups, one group who were addicted to tea (3 or more times a week) and the other group who did not like or were not addicted to this hot drink (throughout the week). Drank less than 3 times), then reviewed for 7 years.

The results showed that people who drink tea are healthier and live longer.

According to the analysis, people in their 50s who are addicted to tea are more likely to have heart disease and stroke after an average of 1.41 years than those who stay away from this hot drink, while they live 1.26 years longer.

The researchers also found that tea drinkers had a 20 percent lower risk of heart condition and stroke, a 22 percent lower risk of fatal heart condition and stroke, and a 15 percent lower risk of dying from any cause.

The researchers also looked at the attitudes of tea drinkers and found that they had a 56 percent lower risk of heart disease and stroke and a 29 percent lower risk of dying from any cause.

The researchers said that the benefits of drinking tea are found only in people who are addicted to it and the reason is the bioactive compounds in tea polyphenols.

Researchers say that drinking green tea reduces the risk of fatal heart disease and stroke and death from any cause by 25%, but no significant effects of black tea on the body have been observed.

Green tea is rich in polyphenols, which protect against coronary heart disease and reduce the risk of high blood pressure.

The results of the study were published in the medical journal Journal of the European Society of Cardiology
